FUEL TV, Fox Sports Media Group’s dynamic entertainment and sports network for young males, today announced it is set to become rated by Nielsen Media Research on March 28, 2011.
Launched in 2003, the network reaches more than 30-million multi-channel homes in the U.S. and has distribution agreements in place with all major providers including DIRECTV, DISH Network, AT&T U-verse and Verizon FiOS. FUEL TV also has international networks in Australia (FUEL TV Australia) and Europe and its programming is viewed in more than 50 countries around the world.
FUEL TV, with a median age of 22, has one of television’s highest concentrations of young male viewers who are interested in a new generation of adrenaline sports. The network recently expanded its target audience from males 12 to 24 to males 12 to 34, and is the primary cable television destination for advertisers targeting these viewers.
FUEL TV is seen in more than 30 million U.S. homes and can be accessed by broadband, mobile devices and other digital platforms such as iTunes®. FUEL TV programming is available in more than 50 countries around the world with 24/7 channels operating in Australia and Europe.
